Guidelines for capture, storage and processing of personal information

When you use kopegxagh.dk, you accept that we collect and make use of your personal information as described in these guidelines. Changes in these guidelines may occur - it is always the most recently published set that prevails.

We Collect Your IP Address
Your IP address is a number associated with your Internet connection, comparable to a phone number. We store your IP Address as part of our logs when you visit kopegxagh.dk.

We only send you emails if you have requested it
We do not currrently offer the opportunity to sign up for newsletters etc. The only emails you will receive from us (provided that we have your email address) are information about changes to your account and possible responses to any inquiries you may have made.

We do not share your personal information without your consent
According to applicable legislation, your personal data is to be stored in a secure and confidential manner. Consequently, the access to registered userdata on kopegxagh.dk is limited to a narrow set of trusted individuals.

However, we cannot guarantee 100 % security in data transmissions via the Internet. There is a risk that others illegitimately obtain access to protected data when data is sent and stored electronically. We attempt to protect your personal data as well as possible, but it is ultimately your own responsibility when you choose to send us data.

The team behind kopegxagh.dk does not hand over or sell your personal information to any third party without having obtained your explicit consent. Log files and other standard information is not handed over or sold to third parties.
